The truth? The truth has nothing to do with that latest "project" of his - Bolwing for Columbine. He did a complete hatchet job on gun owners, the NRA, patriotic people and America in general. He distorted facts, misrepresented people's statements and committed crimes omission. Moore violated the trust of those who viewed his films and deceived millions. He can't even admit he's wrong - look at his latest attempts to weasel out of his deception.

Know anyone with Video access on campus? Just thinking the audience might be ripe for a showing of Innocents Betrayed :)
Equal Opportunity and all , warm up the audience, rebuttal type deal. :)
Like guests have never been upstaged on campus before, same for those film showings they do, and nobody here has ever crashed a party ?
Just an Idea...

Can you get a large group of right thinking people right up front? If you can, you should arrange it so that you all turn your backs on him at a prearranged signal.

you know replace the words "gun owners", "the NRA", "America" and "Moore" with "British people", "Britain" and "insert THR poster name here" and you'd have a decent critique of many posters statements on the UK.

Well it's wrong to bash Britain, and I will be the first to say it - they are our friends through thick and thin, and among our only allies in Iraq right now. Their experience in counterinsurgency has proven invaluable to us - they practically wrote the book on counterguerilla warfare in Maylaya, Ireland, Oman and elsewhere.
But this thread was about Moore.
I would recmomend that everyone about to debate Moore go ahead and see BFC first. It's probably on DVD at your university library. You can't criticize what you haven't seen. Never just depend only on what others have told you.
