Heres a site on matchlocks I put together awhile ago. I thought some members here would enjoy it. http://us.geocities.com/matchlock35/

I'm always on the look out for matchlock info. The info on the Spanish guns on my site are guns that were found on the Atocha that sank in 1622 I believe.

If your French is fairly good, try http://www.arquebuserie-smgb.com/
I've handled their Louis XIII matchlock, and regret not ordering one. Sweet piece.
Matchlocks are fun to shoot, and surprisingly accurate...but definitely not for the novice black powder shooter. Managing the match is tricky, managing misfires both tricky and nerve-wracking.
