In addition, every instructor who will be issuing firearm safety qualification certificates to St. Louis County residents should make contact with the St. Louis County Police Department Custodian of Records prior to Monday, October 13, 2003. Each instructor must complete an Instructor Qualification Form and submit a photocopy of the training they have received before certificates issued by that instructor will be recognized as valid. In order to expedite the applicant's permit request, all instructors should contact Lieutenant Chris Stocker at (314) 615-0381.
