Ported barrells for glock 22

I'm looking into buying a ported barrell for my glock 22. Mainly for better follow ups and to help with recoil (even tho i dont mind the snap of the .40)The ones that really caught my eye were the barrells from STORM LAKE, and if im reading the information correctly the ported g22 barrell should extend an inch or so past the slide...which i really like. Any experience with this product?

Storm lake barrels are pretty good quality--about as accurate as factory. The porting is marginally effective. If you're looking at a carry gun, I'd suggest sticking with factory parts (from a legal/liability sense rather than reliability).
