hi guys I put 3 coats of linseed oil on a walnut stock Iwould like to know what I can put over it to get more shine .can I put a good paste wax over it or is there some thing differant that I should use can some one help me out please

Let the linseed oil fully cure out and then give it a couple or more coats of Birchwood Tru Oil.

Get some Tom's gunstock wax, it's made to put a shine on mil-surp with BLO finish.
