Greetings to all of you. Interesting place with interesting topics. I need a little help though. I've scoured the internet looking for a place to buy a replacement firing pin for a "Kuandian" model 1897. I purchased it a couple of years ago but have no idea how long it was on the shelf. the Serial number is under 00900 if that helps. I bought one from Numrich but it was for the TTN version and it's too long on the fat end where the hammer strikes. Looks like I could grind off about 1/8th inch but I don't know if that would cause problems or not. I'm hoping someone here can help me figure out where to get one that works! Thanks for helping.
Randy

I believe those are replicas of the Winchester 1897... you may wanna compare your firing pin (or whats left of it) to the firing pins for the Winchester 1897.
