Is a factory Remington tube the only one worth buying? Or a cheaper one from Choate or Scattergun Tech, etc be a good alternative. It would need to be a blue 3-rnd extension, for my 20" barrel Police Magnum. Thanks.

I use a Choate on an 11-87. Works great.

The Nordic Components and Wilson units seem very nice but a blued factory extension is the only one that will totally match that gun.

Matte blue or polished blue? Looks like polished blue is what you need. Polished blue extensions are a little hard to come by. If I were you, id look for a factory extension and have it re-blued by your local gun smith to match your shotgun. It might be a little costly but the out come will be worth it.

Good luck

These guys have good extensions and if you want you can get a bayo mount clamp as well.....I think it's parkerized but you might be able to get one "in the white" if you want to blue it.
