makes you wonder why the St Louis judge is going to wait til the very last minute of the court day to make a decision on ccw...that way nothing can be done about it til tuesday...i think he has been bought and swayed and was from the beginning...maybe its time for a complete change in the lawmakers of Missouri..even if people arent for gun carry they should be for fair and equal justice and courts...they need to get out vote and campaign for changes...i am so disappointed in the way this is being handled by the anti's the state officials and the press...it shows me the total lack of common sense and fairness that should be in our society...

Makes me wonder too. If he were to rule that the lawsuit had no basis, could it be to our advantage if he were to do so at the very last minute?
I read that no matter the ruling, the losing side intended to file an appeal. If the judge rules the suit is without merit, will the filing of an appeal delay the law from going into effect tomorrow?
