the judge ruled with an injunction to uphold the new law...no permits will be issued ..it has to go to the supreme court now....the anti's are saying it is a victory for the safe and secure future of Missouri....yeah right...look at the plaintiffs and tell me what they all have in common

THey have to raise a $250K bond before the injunction will take effect. I amnot sure why that is I guess to buy te interpretation the way they wanted it? The sotry does not say how long they have to rise ot or what happens if they do not.
