Help with ROHM (RG) Sierra 38

A friend wants me to fix his Sierra 38, West Germany made , lock work looks identical to S&W, Need hand and spring. Will S&W parts work. Gun was made by ROHM ( RG ) , any advice or help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance , Ed.

IMHO RG's are nothing but trouble. Cheaply made and not worth the effort to find parts.
