Finally broke down adn picked up an AR, or rather ordered one.
I went back and forth between the makers and finally decided on a RRA Entry Tactical. I really like the way it felt in my hands and with my short arms the stubby stock was easier to handle.

Anyway, just wanted to share my joy, probably will just add some optics, a single point sling and a light source to it and then just enjoy sending rounds downrange.

Now I'm gonna have to go out and find me some mags!! And then over to Ammo Man

i use USGI mags and also have a few "England" mags.

Yes, I have caught the BRD and I belive it is fatal:D

I have one of those Brit mags laying around somehwere, I actually got it while I was in the UK and doing some stuff with their military. And yes, I shot the SA-80 and it really kind of stinks.

I didn't even notice my thread count and it's my B-day to boot, plus it's Friday! I am gonna go and buy a lottery ticket:neener:
