One of the most common grips found as take-offs. Check your local shop or most any on-line forum. Heck, at any given time there's tons on eBay.

If I didn't already have grips on my BH, I'd buy some of these. It's hard for me to justify the expense, but if I were missing grips altogether, that would make it easier.

(If these really are as-advertised, they are a bargain for what they are, I think.)

If I bought a new blue one, the first thing I'd do is throw the junk plastic grips in the trash. Never occurred to me to sell them on eBay. What do you think they'd fetch? 50 cents? Maybe a buck?

I have a few sets put back. They ain't plastic, they're wood. Maybe I should try to ebay 'em. I've replaced the grips on all my blackhawks. My .45 wears Ajax Sambar stags. I got 'em at 70 bucks and last I checked, they're running 300 a set. :what:

I've got Eagle Buffalo Horns on my pair of Supers. Purty, and nice. Slick as glass, which keeps the gun from eating my hand with .44 Mags.

I've got factories on my 50ths, haven't really decided what to replace them with, yet. Reckon I'll wait till the checkering rubs off.

There's always plenty of take offs on Ebay for that gun. There's someone who sells Ajax grips that will fit your gun also on Ebay. The Ajax grips are fancier than the stock wood grips.

I've been running Pachmayr grips on my Blackhawk with good results.

Their Ruger Single Action grips fit the Blackhawk. Their quality is excellent and their pics don't do them justice. I got a set for my father's 1911 to replace his worn Colt grips. He was blown away by how good they looked. They look great both on blued and stainless guns.
