Hello, Maybe this doesn't belong here so please move if need be. Anyway, how much is a Kahr Arms "Tommy Gun" w/50 drum & stick mag. included going for these days? I've seen some on Gunbroker but don't want to do the bidding thing, so what would the price be from a dealer? There's a chain store around here that has one for $1,499, is this about right? or too much? Thanks in advance, LM.

I'm not sure about the Kahr "Tommies", but they are a VERY reputable company, and in my opinion, with the market what it is today,$1500 sounds pretty close.

I heard they (Kahr Arms) took over AUTO ORDNANCE, but don't know this as fact. Thanks.

I believe Kahr bought Thompson and is producing the "Tommy gun" again. Gunbroker seems to be the best source of prices, so if your dealer has anything at the same price as gunbroker, it's probably a good deal.

Really though, what's the point. It's only a semi auto .45. If you can get the class III, then I'm all for it.
Otherwise, you can get a great .45 carbine much cheaper.

Fifteen hundred seems to be a bit high but pretty close to average. Closed/sold units on GunBroker look to be selling for $1300 plus shipping and transfer fees for like-new units with a drum and a stick.
