I bought a MkVI not too long ago, having to round out my "Indiana Jones Collection" (I understand they used a Webley-Greene, but they are out of my price range, and the MKVI is close enough). Mine is also converted to .45ACP, and I have taken to loading special ammo in .45 Auto Rim cases, which are stronger, and reducing the loading to 5.0gr of Unique under a 230gr lead round nose. Looks much like the .455, but with a big fat rim at the base. This load is very mild, and a joy to shoot for even the timid. The Webley grip looks funky, but is very comfortable. These guns are a lot of fun. I used to think they were ugly, but now the levers, wings, screws, and odd things hanging all over the revolver, along with the style, makes it quite interesting. AND, it was the preferred weapon of Jonathan Quayle Higgins!
