That trailer needs a reefer unit on it for anyone to be in there. It can make temps from 0* to around 70* IIRC. In the dead heat of summer in TX, LA, or AR, nothing feels better than stepping into a reefer @ approx 40*. (AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Thats better.):)
