Has anyone heard anything recently on Olympic Arms re-introduction of the Whitney Wolverine? Thier website hasn't updated for a while and the timeframe mentioned for it's intended release is here.

I heard that it was coming, but that's it. I've never heard a release date nore details. The Wolverine is an interesting pistol, but not remarkable. I really see no need to bring it back. It wasn't that great of a seller to begin with... but if you like the Remington Nylon 66 and the Model 600 series... then this is your pistol.

well, never cared for the Nylon 66 and the 600 isn't exactly a favorite of mine either. I guess I like the Wolverine because it's, well, different.

Well if you had ever shot one you would understand it better, I have an original and its a very fine pistol,like several things it was to far ahead of its time and very strange looking, and a bit more costly then the Ruger Mk-1 which helped kill it
