After using the bullet puller to disassemble some .38 Special rounds, do the cases need to be re-sized before they are reloaded? Or can I start with the expander die?

I would resize, you probably don't have to, but I do just because it makes me feel better about the job I did

If I'm doing a slug and powder swap like that, I'll go about halfway up, kinda like neck sizing pistol brass.

But back out your decapping stem first if you don't intend to pop the primers.

Yup...Resize, but don't remove the primer...
