Latest purchase was on Good Friday. Went to Gander Mountain, actually to return an item, but also with the hope that they might have a Home Defense shotgun that would call my name as I walked by. So I took cash with me just in case that were to happen. Came home with a Mossberg 500 Persauder/Cruiser 8 shot ,12gauge with a 20" barrel. Waiting for decent weather , so I can try it out. Will eventually add a red dot scope, butt cuff, and a sling.

The better to see you with my dear. If the BG is coming toward me , I am sure I will not need the scope. But if he is running away, an has not gotten away yet, He Won't................LOL

You can't shoot someone who's running away and isn't a threat, it's illegal

If someone shoots at me and then starts to run away ---- I would say they are still a threat !!!!

And Red Dot type optics work VERY well on SGs.
