Anyone know any good links on how to completely service/clean/maintain a remington 310 O/U?

i've seen the manual already but they only show you how to remove the barrel assembly from the receiver. that's it. they don't tell you how to remove the ejectors, etc...

The simple answer is that you don't and shouldn't disassemble it further. Most firearms exhibit wear due to unnecessary disassembly, not due to use. In fact, being a pseudo-expert in the matter, I can say that I would delay disassembly until you get a malfunction. Just wipe down the outside.
If you desire to clean in and around the lockwork, some BreakFree and compressed air could do the trick. Soak the lockwork in breakfree and blow it out with compressed air the next morning.

Soak the lockwork in breakfree and blow it out with compressed air the next morning.Oh! I wouldn't do that unless you take the wood off first!
Oil soaked wood is bad!

Ahhhh, yeah. What he said. And, to be sure, I wouldn't do this unless you are experiencing a function problem or if there is visible rust on the internals.
For the record, Break Free and Wood will mix and mingle and bad things could happen.
