Shotgun Shell Catcher

I am new to shotguns and am looking to get into sporting clays. I recently purchased a Benelli Sport II 12 gauge. This model is a semi-automatic and once fired, the shell ejects a few feet to my right. I was told that this could cause a problem when shooting sporting clays since the ejected shells would end up hitting the person to my right. Is there some type of shell catcher that is available for the Benelli Sport II? I am looking for something that is easily removed.

Thanks for your help!

Jeff

T&S makes one they list for the sport. It snaps on and off. You are good to think of other shooters.

I checked the T&S website and it stated that if the specific brand was not listed, they didn't carry the shell catcher for it. They don't have one available for the Benelli Sport II. I am dissappointed as this seems to be a great solution.

I found the Save-It™ Shell Catcher by Birchwood (http://www.birchwoodcasey.com/sport/accessories_index.asp?categoryID=8&subcat=29) but you have to use double stick tape to attach it. I am not sure I would want to do that yet.

I have the T&S on an 1100, not that I've shot the old gun in a year, but I have it. It works okay most of the time.

HOWEVER... It's not useful for Sporting Clays or anything at all other than American Trap.

It creates an intentional "stovepipe" to hold the shell. It can't be used if you're loading two rounds.
