Define "quality."
Taurus is now cataloging a 9mm revolver, IIRC.

Your question should be "did" not "does"
Mike said Taurus is cataloging them but no one I know has seen one.
S&W made 2, the 940 a J frame centennial, hammerless, 5 shot 2" or 3" barrel, uses moonclips and a 547, K frame 3" round butt, 4" square butt six shot, with a funky ejector. Both are out of production but can be found used. I have a 2" 940 that is great.
Ruger made 3 or 4 depending how you count. I think they made both a Speed six and a Security six that used moon clips, one was fixed sight the other adjustable. They also made a number of runs of the sp101 in 9mm with 2" and 3" barrels. Ruger also made some Blackhawks that were convertable from 357 to 9mm with a cylinder swap.
There is also a Medusa which is supposed to be able to shoot just about any 38 caliber round including 357, 9mm etc.
what is quality???
Some people swear at 9mm in a revolver others swear by them.

If you wanna be happy for the rest of your life
Never make a pretty woman your wife
So for my personal point of view
Get an ugly girl to marry you
Ugly critters IMHO, but @ $6K and up I guess they're quality.
