I just saw a TV ad for a Texas attorney, offering his services (I'm paraphrasing here) "to aid the victims or families of victims" of OxyContin. AFAIK, OxyContin is the painkiller that Rush was abusing. I don't believe I've seen or heard this ad before, although I know this guy does regularly run this type of solicitation ad.

It appears to me that he sees a potential windfall here, and a shot at that windfall while riding a wave created by Limbaugh and what will become a very widely (and publicly) discussed event. I wonder if he's hoping for the next PhenPhen (Ma Huang) diet pill? geegee

They've been chasing this drug for a while now.
