Odd poll question considering Heller should have settled that last year.

This poll is from November 2007. Just because you can still vote, it doesn't mean anyone is actually paying attention to it.

What is even more disappointing is that you've copied and pasted something without even realizing that not only has the Supreme Court decided to hear the case, they already handed down a decision.
