Does anybody know of any way to buy one round of all kinds of different cartridges for a display case? I saw one that looked really cool and wanted to do one as well. Any ideas would be great.

Thanks!

yes, i have seen displays like that before. they never seem to have just the item i am looking for. so i have spent years aquiring one at a time here and there. i am not done yet, but i am not going to go out and buy an entire box of ammo for one shell. especially at the price of some of that ammo!

This place sells single rounds of nearly anything you could imagine although the prices seem pretty high http://www.ammo-one.com/00.html

Good link George!...I've not seen that one before. I've often wondered if there was a source like that somewhere, though.

I love browsing on their site, even though the prices seem high to me I really don't know much about the obscure ammo. I'm sure the prices don't mean anything to a serious collector.

Somebody should grab that set. If you want to collect cartridges, that set would be a good one to build off of.

I would just post a wanted ad on forums such as this. I used to be able to donate an 8mm Lebel cartridge to your collection, but my soon to be ex-wife is getting it :fire:

I also had 7.65 Arg I would have donated as well.
