I guess it shouldn't surprise me that not only is Bullseye gunshop getting sued, but bushmaster as well. So manufacturers now have to have to be responsible for where a gun ends up after they have tranferred the firearm to a legal FFL? This will get thrown out of court I would think......tom

The plaintiffs are being supported by the Brady organization. It matters not tothe Brady bunch if they win or lose a lawsuit like this in that their major goal is to get publicity.

With a lawsuit like this they are getting lots of misinformed publicity.
