Ok the order is temporary, and if made permanent allows an appeal to the supreme court. I dont see whats wrong with them putting it off until a permanent decision is made. Its not like they denied it on merits of each sides case, just procedural grounds.

Course i dont have much experience with this stuff, they might be doing things differently than normal, in which case i wouldnt approve.
