[Bravo11]

I've been seeing alot of news photos lately with a number of troops carrying M4's. Whats the criteria to being issued an M4 instead of an M16. Most of the ones I've seen are fitted with red dot scopes, is this an issue item to most soldiers or just Spec Ops.

Seabees don't get M4's (we get M-16 A2E3's, full auto, baby!), but some of the guys in my unit have their own personal Trijjicon red-dot sights.

I have one on my shopping list :)
