Longer barrel for Taurus 606?

I have a Taurus 606 (.357 Mag, 2" ported barrel) that I want a longer barrel for. I'm not sure these came with longer barrels. It's a little too big for CC, but would make a great HD and fun shooting gun with a 4-5.5" barrel.

Thoughts?

I am curious as to your original reason for purchasing the 606 if you feel it is too heavy for carry and too short for HD and Range shooting..


I am not trying to be critical of your decision at all, just curious.

Father gave it to me as my first handgun when I moved out.
