I have had this PT 92 since the early 90's. It's had several thousand rounds through it with no problems. That is until I fed it some reloads, Broke the extractor. I've taken it apart before but could never get the fireing pin or extractor out. Could someone please tell me how to take it out.:banghead:

The extractor is held in by a pin. The top end is seen in the slide about 1" ahead of the front of the rear sight. It is staked at both the top and bottom and requires a very short stiff punch to start it. It can come out either way, but I suggest both driving it out and inserting it from the bottom as there is less danger of damaging the slide if something slips.
I recommend leaving the firing pin alone unless absolutely necessary. Removal requires removal of the safety, a real bear if the gun has the ambidextrous safety.
