Magnum loads in a model 50

Should I shoot 2.50" magnum buckshot loads thru a winchester model 50? I ask due to the age of the gun, its a late 1950's built gun.

2.75" magnum buckshot loads in a model 50 should function just fine, but I would not feed the gun a steady load. It will wear the shotgun more quickly.

Oops, 2.75" shells. I dont plan on shooting alot of mags thru it. Just for the coyoties every once in awile.
