IIRC, Kentucky has no laws on private sales except that you can't sell to minors or knowingly sell to convicted felon or someone under a restraining order.

And I'll give you $50 for that Smith and I'll even pay the $25 the FFL I use here in Indiana would want for the transfer. :D
