Do any THR'ers do video post-production work for a living?

Just out of curiosity, do any of the members here work in the video post/broadcast industries?
(This could include working for a network affiliate, post house, the graphics/promotions dept. in a defense contractor, architectural visualization firm, etc.)
I'm trying to get my foot in door of the industry and make some contacts.
