I'll be at the NRA Convention in Phoenix this weekend. I've settled on taking my old Kimber Custom that has been rebuilt and was refinished last year.

It has almost all Ed Brown, Cylinder & Slide and Wilson parts now. It is high polish all around with a nickel slide and deep blue frame and sports TruGlo fiber optic/tritium sights. It's topped off with grips from Esmeralda.

But, what, among the guns you own, would you carry on your hip to the Phoenix Convention Center, where open and concealed carry are legal?

The Kimber I'll take:

I guess your Kimber is better than wearing jewelry. :p

i'd say something engraved in black leather would be the way to go...not that i own anything engraved. i'd probably have to borrow something from my father-in-law or go with my dan wesson CBOB. best thing i'd have for the event.

Best check first; they used to have a "no guns" policy for the public.
