I've been to the website.. I've read. I don't want to read or search fruitlessly. I'm near Boise, I'd and I want to point my Garand at a target and pull the trigger repeatedly at a CMP event. If there are less shooters each year It's no wonder. How are you supposed to involve yourself in an event that doesn't seem to have a documented when and where?

If you mean High Power rifle competition, there are many places to compete.

Here is some information to get started:

Check with Parma, they have the occasional WW II military rifle match and are affiliated with CMP.

WOOT !!!!!!

Parma is the place to go. I live in Kuna and the folks at Parma run a tight ship. They might be able to direct you to a CMP event, or one of the events that the Goodfellows run at Parma.
