200gr in a .40 S&W

Anyone ever use a 200gr lead in one? If so what recipe did you use? Seems like a heavy bullet for the round but it is all I can get right now.

Try the Brian Enos reloading forums. Lots of .40 S&W info. Someone there was actually doing 220 grain bullets with success.
