I want one, I want one, I waaaaaaaaaaaaant one.

As background, MD has a list of special firearms that include all handguns and designated 'assault (cough, gag, spit) weapons' that either may not be purchased, or else must be registered with the state when purchasing.

any AK-47 is on the list.

No shotguns are on the list (except street sweepers, and FA).

So far, I havent heard that Saiga's need anything but a NICS check. Is that still true?

thanks,
C-

p.s. not that i expect it to STAY that way. Not with that jacka$$ referenced in another thread who basically says, "Oh gee whizz, I want a meaningful debate but i must control the debate by not allowing you to mention the 2nd ammendment and otehr major points that would defeat all my arguements." Grrrrr....

When I bought my Saiga 7.62 (7.62x39), all I did was the NICS check, so I would assume that the shotgun would be the same.

I'm workin'.

what else is new?

and the Boss wants me to do work around the house and with the kids when I am off. So I'll be home doing the usual, thinking about the show I am missing- although i just went to that show the last time.

And, finally, frankly...

although I do like the guys at Gun Rack and cruis in there periodically just to say hi and I do try to keep the small shops inbusiness...

they want 500 bucks for it!

Way, WAY too high.
