Nice, 280! Just a minor point of info, it has a SINGLE set trigger, ie. you push trigger forward to set it and then pull the same trigger to discharge the piece. A double set actually has a separate trigger to set the firing trigger. Great piece! :D
Also, I like that it comes with iron sights, and pretty good ones from the looks of em. So many guns come with NO iron sights today.

Current issue of the American Rifleman has a "Dope Bag" review. They like it. My only concern based on their fifty yard shooting evaluation is the lack of accuracy, 2.5"-3" groups.

I am skeptical of the test results in American Rifleman in regards to the accuracy of the rifle.
First of all they state that the rifle has a .308 diameter bore and that is wrong, it is .311. They say that they used Winchester X76239 ammo which is the Russian style with the .311 diameter bullets. Who knows what they used. In the article they stated that they used both diameter sizes.
Hard to tell what they really tested. Maybe the tests were really from 100 yards. Seems to me that most CZ's do a lot better than 2-3" groups at 50 yards that the test results claimed to show.

280PLUS, that is a nice looking rifle. As for ammo, the Federal American Eagle gives me good accuracy in my SKS (well, 2-3" in an SKS, but I don't know how that translates into a bolt-action).

The 100 meter, 3 shot test target that came with mine.

The Winchester soft points have the proper diameter .311 bullet and many are getting really excellent 100 yard groups with them.
It is, of course, pretty expensive.
The South African Cheetah ammo is brass cased and much less expensive.
it is also turning in respectable results.

I doubt if the supplied target is supposed to show tight group capabibilty. Seems to me what we see is the result of the sights being adjusted. Fire one, move sight; then fire again and move again if necessary. Most people seem to report that they get far better groups than what they see on their supplied target.
Now I am off to the range to sight in a brand new 452 FS. That is the .22 CZ with the Mannlicher stock.
