saw it on gunsamerica. looked interesting. 7 shot 681 w/3'' barrel. thats all it said.

i think it says performance center down the side of the barrel and that may be the PC logo on the side.

any ideas from the pros?

Yup, a Performance Center 681 is exactly what it is, and yes it came from the factory like that. It was a limited run, I don't think they ever even listed it on their website. I have one similar, but without the funky colors that was made in 2000 I think. I've seen these around, prices vary. Mine's a sweet shooter, so I have every reason to believe those would be as well. I'm not a fan of the colorizing, but I can't see as it hurts anything. Its a 3" Magnaported barrel, 7 shot, accepts moonclips.
