Does anyone make "ready to build on" frames/slides in the 1911 pattern for 10mm?

I know DW and Colt and now Kimber have made 10mm 1911's, and if I recall, the frame/slide dimensions are different and beefier than a standard 1911 to accommodate the different cartridge dimensions and oomph of the 10mm. That said, does anyone offer 10mm 1911 frames/slides like they do .45 slide/frames a la Caspian and Essex? Oh, and I guess barrels and other components for 10mm, too?

Just curious should I ever actually pursue building my own 1911. Thanks.

10mm/.40 S&W-compatible frames and slides (in 1911s, they are identical) are pretty widely available. I know that Caspian sells them, as does Les Baer, STI, SV, and (I think) Nowlin.
