Can anyone here fix scope reticules ?

Not a scope really, off topic a little bit, but the crosshairs on my transit took a dump. All it needs are the two wires glued in and centered. Easy fix if you have black hairs to fix it with. Does anyone know of a shop that could do this ?

If the company that made the transit is still in business, they might have a repair department.

That would be the best choice if it is available.
