O.K. I'm reloading using L.C. '04 brass, 62 grain SS109 bullets, BL-C2, and Winchester small rifle primers. I have Lee dies that come with the 1.6 cc dipper. The dipper measures right at 25.4 grains. There's not a whole lot of info on the 62. So, is this within safe pressure? I don't post alot, but been here for a while, and fairly new to reloading, I would appreciate everybody's opinion. On another note, I also have I.M.R. 3031 that I use for my 30-06. Would it be compatible for the 62 gr? Thanks everybody!

Looking at the Hodgdon site, you are near the high end using LC brass, but should be ok. If you have a powder scale, I would try 24.5 to start to make sure a jump to 25.4 would be safe and that you aren't getting too aggressive with a starting load.
IMR3031 will work, but is faster burning and I feel BLC2 is better for your application.
Look at the Hodgdon site for data and use the 63gr bullet data.
