Colt gold cup for ppc?

Hi, i'd like to know if i can have a good result with my Colt gold cup for a ppc match (50 yards) ? The .45 acp is accurate at 50 yards for the x ring? If the answer is positive could you please tell me the best load for a 200 gr lead bullet? Thank a lot,
