Hi,

I was wondering if the HK USP Tactical and Expert just have one model and one color, with steel frames?

Thanks!

Nope, all poly.

The USP is an all polymer line-up & all guns in the line are poly-framed. Why do you ask, did you see something different somewhere?

Well, I saw that the USP 45 can come in a steal frame, and I read something about it being better, and better recoil, etc.

Uhhh...I don't think so. Where did you read that?

Opps! I was thinking of the Sig P220!

Sorry!

Ahhhhh! Sig P220. Nice pistol that. P220 is an aluminum framed slice of perfection that could only be improved upon by providing a stainless steel frame... Enter the Sig P220ST.

The heavier frame does indeed tame the recoil a touch, but the recoil is very well handled by the standard P220 as well.

Either choice will serve you well for a very long time.
