At the gunshow last week SAR-1's were $370 and SAR-2's were $400. I remarked at how they had gone up in price, the guy stated that the ATF had banned all pistol grip imported rifles and that I better get one while I could. I hadn't seen or heard anything, is this true or us this guy F.O.S.?

I believe he is nuts. The Import Restrictions do not ban specific features. ATF takes an entire firearm and "evaluates" its sporting vs. military "uses" and either allows or disallows its importation.
