Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I am about tacticalled out. I have a few Benchmade knives and several scary black guns (handgun and long gun), but they just don't do a lot for me any longer. I recently acquired a BM mini-Griptilian and while it is a great knife and I will probably carry it when I ride my bicycle, it just left me a little...I don't know...bored. So, today, I bought this and should have it in a few days. It's a Case Brothers Mid Folding Hunter. It has a liner lock and a pocket clip, which is plenty tactical enough for me. It should feel right at home with my new hawthorn cane and my S&W .38 snubbie.

My father had one similar to that; Case.
He was a WWII vet, but the men of that era were mostly not "tactical" -in today's sense of that word.
He used and used that knife for every day things, and I just knew he enjoyed having it.
I suppose you are becoming older and therefor "mellow," or should I say wiser.
Some how I think you too will enjoy that Case knife, the Blackthorn, and
the snub as time passes.

Nice knife. I like the evolution of knives so that bone scale knives now can sport thumb studs.

Nice. About as tactical as the knives I make. :)
