Does this holster have a belt loop that you can't see in the photo? IE on the front edge.

I know this holster is of a classic design that has been used for years but if it only has one belt loop I just can't see it being very stable.

Nobody has this holster?? OR an old Berns Martin design???

It likely has a belt loop right on the back of the pouch. The visible one on the back edge is mostly to keep the gun butt in tight.

Yep. The belt slot you see is there for stability. The primary belt slot is on the back of the holster.
