Is there a market for...?

Am I the only one, or is there a market for the lighter weight hunting revolvers?

I love the lightweight of my 360, but I'd love to have the advantage of a longer barrel for hunting. I'm thinking that something like a 686, but with the Scandium Alloy frame, and a 6 or 8 inch barrel. I know that the weight wouldn't be down in the "teen ounces". But if there was a 8" .357 that weighed in at say 30 ounces, I'd be all over it.

I just want something that has the advantage of light weight for a lot of hiking in the day. But also takes advantage of a longer barrel to keep the terminal performance at the level the .357 is capable of.

ETA- Basically what I'm wanting is the 386 NG, but instead of the 2 1/2" barrel, put a 6" or 8" barrel on it.

S&W produced (not sure if they still do) a Model 60 (steel-framed, 5 shot, .357 mag) with a 5" barrel & adjustable sights; might be the closest thing you can get without having a custom shooter made or custom modifications done to one that you own
