Saiga 12 stock replacement

I ordered a Saiga skeleton stock to replace the sporting one that comes on the gun for better ergonomics. I can't get the original stock off. I took the 3 screws out, and it won't move at all.

This would be better suited for Saiga-12.com and their forums but, if you got the 3 screws out (2 top, 1 bottom) just bang it out with a rubber mallet or the palm of your hand... it won't hurt it.

To further explain what SN13 said,
Use the rubber mallet on the last inch of stock (next to the butt plate). Bang it once.
Turn it over and whack it again at the end of the stock (between the sling swivel and butt plate).
Repeat until stock comes loose.
I'd be wary of using your hand - you might hurt yourself.

Thanks. I got it in, only to find the pre-drilled holes are about 1/8th an inch off. :(

Better to drill your own with Saigas anyway. They are all a bit different.
