I own and am fond of the Gerber Guardian. The knife isn't the greatest thing on the face of the earth, sure - but the sheath more than makes up for it - it allows you to get a 'full firing grip' of sorts on the knife. The belt clip allows me to put it pretty much wherever I please. I really love the sheath design.
However, state law tells me that daggers are too dangerous to carry around. So I'm in the market for a knife that comes with a sheath as similar to the Guardian sheath as possible. And the knife can't be a dagger/bowie knife. Any suggestions?

There are tons of little knives with clip type sheaths out there. Just google small fixed blade and see if there's anything you like.

Specifically, CRKT makes several small knives that have sheaths that both work as neck knives and come with a clip belt sheath.
