Is it illegal to have, own, or be in possession of, or travel with a pump type shotgun with standard stock and 18.5" barrel

I don't really understand the point of your question. The answer is no, but why do you ask? I can't imagine it's illegal (for most people) in Georgia, either; have you encountered a problem?

You need to be more specific.

AFAIK...
It is legal everywhere in the USA to own/possess/transport a pump-action shotgun.

Various state/local laws may regulate how/where you can possess/transport the pump-action shotgun and/or have it loaded/unloaded.

No problem, just early morning curiosity as to if there was any one firearm that you could have with you in every state / jurisdiction
